1. Static Balancing (standing still)

To make it easy to understand the appropriate levels for your children, we have broken the levels down into 3 colours using the Australian Green & Gold and our Bayside Blue.

Green Level

Our entry level junior program that has a focus on learning the fundamental skills of swimming, biking and running.

If you've not had an assessment and you are unsure of your child's abilities this is the right level to start off in.

GOLD LEVEL

Our intermediate program for those under 14 years of age.

This is a progression from the Green Level and will look to challenge the technical abilities further in each discipline.

Please ensure you have spoken to the coach before booking into this level.

BLUE LEVEL

Our junior program for those who are 14 or above and are looking to get involved in an active lifestyle but are not concerned about racing.

Sessions will be tailored to the particpants and incorporate education and leadership components.
